Ports of Call
Miami, Florida (Embark and Debark) - Florida's "Magic City" is one of the world's most popular vacation destinations. And, Miami truly is "international" owing to its large Cuban exile population and its role as the de facto gateway between much of Central and South America and Europe. Here you can discover music, cuisine and culture that demonstrate the renewing power of the mixing of cultures. Plan to spend a night or two, before or after your cruise to really get a feel for its soul. Night life in the city tends toward the high-end with ample opportunities to see Miami's cosmopolitan populace dressed to impress. Or experience the one-of-a-kind art deco district in South Beach (plenty of night-life there, too, of course). Nearby, natural Florida can be experienced up close. Board an airboat and explore the Everglades, the "river of grass": and, yes, there will be alligators.
Coco Cay, Bahamas - Located in the middle of the Caribbean's bright blue water lies the secluded island of CocoCay. With its white-sand beaches and spectacular surroundings, CocoCay is a wonderland of adventure. Reserved exclusively for Royal Caribbean guests, this tropical paradise has recently been updated with new aquatic facilities, nature trails and a ton of great places to just sit back, relax and enjoy a tropical drink.
Costa Maya, Mexico - Exploring the dense tropical vegetation and wide sandy bays of the Costa Maya, it's easy to imagine the days when sacrifice and slavery, rite and ritual were rampant in the Mayan culture. Even today, the countless ruins of temple walls, stairs and secret pathways exude magic and mystery. And when your archaeology lesson is complete, glorious stretches of coral sand may inspire you to build your own empire-of sand castles, of course!
Cozumel, Mexico - The Conquistadors first saw Mexico from the shores of Cozumel while searching for gold in the new world. Today, visitors to the island find out gold and silver jewelry in the dockside (and other) shops of San Miguel while having a great time in its many local bars and restaurants. Families, too, can easily find fun in Cozumel: there are a couple of water themed "parks" with lovely beaches stocked with many water sports options including a kid-friendly obstacle courses. Pleasant Horseback riding is also available with professional staff to ensure safety. Underwater adventure is here, as well; the waters around Cozumel's sheltered coral reefs make this one of the best snorkeling areas in the world.

Roatan, Honduras - Roatan Island, Honduras is an adventure traveler's vacation paradise with its blue skies, clear turquoise water and year-round moderate climate. Go scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins or, ashore, take a canopy tour, ride horses, explore tropical scenery, shop for island crafts, walk the beach and view butterfly and floral gardens.

TravelSafe.comPlease visit TravelSafe.com for travel insurance information.

Cruise Line cancellation policies are strictly enforced. For that reason, we urge all of our travelers to carefully consider whether travel insurance is a good value for them.

Certainly, if you have reason to think that "something might come up" that might force you to cancel, travel insurance is worth the cost of the premium. Examples we've seen in the past include ill or frail family members and changes in employment causing relocation.

If travel insurance is the right choice for you, we recommend TravelSafe. To visit their site and explore your options click here or on the link above. The cruise lines also offer travel insurance and we'd be happy to help you go that route if you'd prefer.
