Program Purpose / Objectives
Preliminary Objectives for this activity:

• List contemporary drugs of abuse
• Outline the etiology of impetigo
• Compare and contrast syncope and seizures
• Identify primary acidosis/alkalosis
• List the management principles of electrolyte emergencies
• List diagnostic test to consider when presented with an elderly patient with abdominal pain
• Define wheezing
• Review the epidemiology of submersion injuries
• Discuss the scope of pediatric diseases in the developing world
• Review clinical considerations and diagnosis for pediatric gastroenteritis
• Review common female genitourinary infections
