Faculty
Dr. Eric Rivera was born in Washington, DC and raised in Durham, NC. He is a graduate of the UNC School of Dentistry, where he also completed his training (MS) in Endodontics. He is an Associate Professor, Graduate Program Director and serves as Chair of the Dept of Endodontics at UNC. He previously served as Chair and Graduate Program Director of the Dept of Endodontics at the Univ. of Iowa College of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, and has served as Section Editor for Endodontics of the Quintessence International Dental Journal. He is on the Scientific Review Panel for the Journal of Endodontics, the Journal of Dental Education, and Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology, and Endodontics. Dr. Rivera received the AAE Endodontic Educator Award in 1996. He has had clinical experience as a GPR Dental Resident at Charlotte Memorial Hospital, private practice as a general dentist, and private practice as an Endodontist.

Sleeps up to four people and can accommodate a rollaway bed and/or Pack 'n Play. Please note: Effective January 2008 smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom. All staterooms include 24 hour room service. The Grandeur has an Internet Center offering email and Internet access. Printers are also available. Wireless "hot spots" (802.11g) are available for guests traveling with personal laptop computers with wireless capability (usage fee applies). Prices quoted INCLUDE all taxes and port charges as well as shipboard meals, entertainment and activities. Similar discounts available for other category cabins. Not included: transportation to the ship, seminar registration fees and certain beverages and gratuities. Prices based on availability and are "per person" based on double occupancy. Third and/or Fourth person sharing a stateroom is $550.
