Program Purpose / Objectives
Leveraging Nurse Leadership at All Levels; Building Toolkits for the Future, is a unique 10 contact hour nurse leadership development program featuring four co-facilitated educational seminars and four small-group facilitated roundtable discussions in a unique setting.

The program is designed to facilitate a greater opportunity to formally and informally engage senior nurse leaders and aspiring nurse leaders.
Seminar sessions will address techniques used by recognized leaders to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, lower cost, and improve the clinician experience. Whether you are or aspire to be a leader in a clinical or academic setting this is a wonderful opportunity to build your competency and your network, and have a great time doing it!

Sponsor Opportunities
Sponsors will be recognized at the welcome reception and at all program sessions, and sponsor tables will be made available for displays at the program welcome reception. This is an excellent networking opportunity which includes a complimentary interior cabin for two which may be upgraded.

Ports of Call
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (Embark and Debark) - There is an abundance of things to see and do in the Ft. Lauderdale area: visit the newly redesigned Ft. Lauderdale Beach and cafes, stroll the historic Riverwalk, shop the luxurious stores on Las Olas Boulevard or adventure to the Everglades for an intriguing air boat excursion.
Cozumel, Mexico - The Conquistadors first saw Mexico from the shores of Cozumel while searching for gold. Today, visitors to the island continue to seek out gold and silver jewelry in the shops of San Miguel while having a great time in its many local bars and restaurants. TravelSafe.comPlease visit TravelSafe.com for travel insurance information.

Cruise Line cancellation policies are strictly enforced. For that reason, we urge all of our travelers to carefully consider whether travel insurance is a good value for them.

Certainly, if you have reason to think that "something might come up" that might force you to cancel, travel insurance is worth the cost of the premium. Examples we've seen in the past include ill or frail family members and changes in employment causing relocation.

If travel insurance is the right choice for you, we recommend TravelSafe. To visit their site and explore your options click here or on the link above. The cruise lines also offer travel insurance and we'd be happy to help you go that route if you'd prefer.
