Faculty
A variety of topics for doctors and staff will be presented by these highly acclaimed orthodontic speakers:

Rosemary Bray spent more than 30 years employed in the dental profession, with experience in general dentistry, periodontics and orthodontics (18 years) both in clinical and administrative roles. Her last 16 years were as office manager and treatment coordinator for a quality San Diego orthodontic practice. She left in late 1998 to begin her self-employment as a speaker and consultant in orthodontics and dentistry. She has lectured nationally and internationally and has truly "been there and done that" in her 42 years with "teeth." She recently served as staff program co-chair for the 2011 AAO Annual Session in Chicago.

Lee W. Graber, D.D.S., M.S., Ph.D. is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he later earned a master's degree in anatomy and a doctorate in human growth and development. He received his orthodontic education from Northwestern University. He served as 2010 - 2011 President of the American Association of Orthodontists and is past president of World Federation of Orthodontists, Midwestern Society of Orthodontists and Illinois Society of Orthodontists. Past faculty positions include appointments at Northwestern University, Loyola University and the University of Michigan. He is in private practice near Chicago in Vernon Hills, Ill. with the eldest of his three daughters, Dr. Katie Graber. He has served on the editorial boards of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and the World Journal of Orthodontics, among others. He is also a textbook author and editor. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Vincent G. Kokich, Sr., D.D.S., M.S.D., is editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (AJO-DO). He was associate editor of the AJO-DO from 1999 - 2010 and also serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of the American Dental Association and the British Journal of Orthodontics, among others. Dr. Kokich has authored more than 20 book chapters and has written or contributed to 100 scientific articles published in American and foreign journals. He has delivered 40 named lectures at professional conferences and has given nearly 1,000 orthodontic and dental scientific presentations. A graduate of the University of Washington's dental and orthodontic programs, Dr. Kokich joined the university faculty in 1974 and is currently a professor of orthodontics. He also has a private orthodontic practice in Tacoma. He has Diplomate status with the American Board of Orthodontics and is a past president of the ABO.

Anoop Sondhi is founder and managing partner in Sondhi-Biggs Orthodontics in Indianapolis. He has devoted more than 20 years to the development of effective and efficient orthodontic treatment systems, and is a leading clinician in the orthodontic management of patients with temporomandibular disorders. An internationally-acclaimed speaker and lecturer, he is also an acknowledged expert in the use of the 3M Unitek SmartClipTM Self-Ligating Appliance System. He taught as a professor in the department of orthodontics at Indiana University, and continues as a visiting professor at several post-doctoral orthodontic programs around the country. He has authored chapters in several orthodontic textbooks and journals. Dr. Sondhi received his DDS degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, and his post-graduate certificate and master's degree in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from the University of Illinois. He has served as a consultant to the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, as well as the Journal of Craniomandibular Disorders, Facial and Oral Pain.

MSO PROGRAM REGISTRATION - (Credit hours: 12 minimum + optional break-outs)

Registration and payment for the doctors and staff CE program should be done directly with the Midwestern Society of Orthodontists. For a copy of the registration form:

3. Download the registration form now.

The MSO registration fee applies to the CE educational program only, and not to any cruise-related charges. Cruise booking applies only to the cruise and does NOT register you for the lecture. Due to pricing considerations and included amenities, only those participants booking this sailing through Special Event Cruises are eligible to attend the MSO program.

CE attendance letters will be given to each MSO program registrant with final CE assigned based on course attendance during the cruise. Current MSO program meeting space assignment onboard allows for up to 12 hours of CE lectures to be held in the main show lounge with ample seating options. Participation for additional break-out seminars will be limited to first-come, first-serve seating.
PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Although subject to change at any time, the listed prices are generally available up to about 90 days before sailing; at that time they convert to typically higher, market rates.
