Dr. David A. LeVine is board-certified in Family Medicine with Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Menorah Life in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he has also been the Medical Director at the Marion and Joseph Samson skilled nursing facility for over three decades. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as Medical Director at Arden Courts of Seminole, an assisted living facility specializing in memory care, and Medical Director of the Geriatric Assessment Program for early dementia detection in St. Petersburg.

Currently in private practice with MDVIP, Dr. LeVine is highly regarded in the field of geriatric and post-acute care. He is a recognized “Castle Connolly Top Doctor” and has been honored as the Medical Director of the Year by the AMDA - Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. He is also a recipient of the Quality Champion Award from the Florida Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and the Humanitarian Award from the Association of Jewish Aging Services.

A dedicated medical educator, Dr. LeVine serves as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at both the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine. For over two decades, he has been the clinical preceptor for the geriatric rotation at three different residency programs in St. Petersburg. He frequently lectures locally, nationally, and for University at Sea. Dr. LeVine resides in Seminole, Florida, with his wife, Janice, and their four adult children.
