Randy Keirn is a first responder, training professional, and leadership expert who has held numerous leadership roles in the Fire Service, his community, professional associations, and as a business owner.

He currently serves as a District Chief in Operations and as the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Division Chief for Lealman Fire District - in Pinellas County, Florida. He previously served as the Department's Training Officer for 11 years and honored as the State of Florida Fire Service Instructor of the Year in 2010. In addition to his ongoing work in EMS, he previously worked as an Emergency Room Nurse for over 10 years.

He is the president of Fully Involved Consulting, Inc. specializing in achieving results through training, facilitating, and coaching in the areas of leadership development, workforce development, communications, conflict management, and cultural transformation.

He is an active member of the National Speakers Association who earned the prestigious designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) in 2015. He is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Chapter Leadership Committee whose responsibility is to help prepare and mentor current and incoming Chapter Presidents.

Randy is a lifelong learner. He is a Results Certified Coach, has a Masters Degree in Public Administration, Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Fire Service Instructor III, Fire Inspector, Registered Nurse and Paramedic. He is a Master Trainer for the Conflict Dynamics Profile and MBTI Certified Practitioner.
